3. How do I place a custom order?

You can place your order directly through our website or contact us through our social media platforms. Simply send us your preferred design or photo, and we will assist you with the customization process.


4. What phone models are supported?

We support a wide range of phone models including:

If your model is not listed, feel free to contact us for assistance.


5. How long does it take to process my order?

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

6. Which courier service do you use?

All parcels are shipped using J&T Express.


7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes a few working days depending on your location and courier service operations.


8. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order cancellation or changes are only allowed before the order is processed. Customized orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled or modified.

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom phone cases are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent.
